You'll have exclusive use of whole villa, your own private garden plus use of extensive 1½ acre shared garden area of Rockbank next door - where your hosts live

Can we pre-order a delivery of groceries??
Definitely. our guest account at Tesco is available for you to pre-order groceries with FREE delivery before arrival. we'll have it all unpacked, stacked and chilling for you!
Can we use a BBQ?
There is a gas BBQ on site!
No charge for fuel.

Absolutely! The 1½ acre garden area has accommodated even a marquee for 200 guests! Please ask for details when reserving
Is there a washing machine?
Certainly, plus clothes airers/lines! No tumble dryer, but we can make special arrangements if urgent drying is needed
Do you allow pets?
We are unable to accept pets

Definitely! Best rates are offered for direct bookings
